In Frankfurt, Darmstadt and Offenbach, there will no longer be a flex zone from next week.
The city of Frankfurt is striving for more order in road traffic, introducing special usage fees and expanding its mobility points for shared mobility. The Call a Bike stations are therefore gradually moving to these points.
For a uniform user experience, the change also applies to Call a Bike in Darmstadt and Offenbach. We are increasing the number of stations there so that you can continue to use Call a Bike flexibly.
If you want to end your Call a Bike rental, please only return your bike to stations in future. Returning your bike at stations will of course remain free of charge. You can find the nearest Call a Bike station in the app. If you leave a bike outside a station, we will charge a fee of 10 euros in future.
If you end the rental outside a station, we will inform you in the app and by text message. You then have 5 minutes to decide whether you want to
• either continue the ride and park the bike at a station
• or take a break from your ride.
Otherwise, we will charge the fee for parking outside a station after the 5 minutes have elapsed.
