Who are we?

The service-point is the AStA´s first contact point for students of the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. If you have general questions or don´t know which department of the AStA or the university to contact, then the service-point is the place to go!

If you have questions regarding the semester ticket, our semester ticket office is the best place to reach out to. However, the service-point can also receive the application forms for a reimbursement of the semester ticket fees.
