Student Council 4

Social Work

As a student of the department, you are automatically a member of the student council and therefore have the opportunity to support student interests.

Students of different semesters meet in the student council on a regular basis. Our tasks include advising and accompanying students during their studies, as well as mediating in cases of conflict between students and lecturers. Furthermore, we represent student interests in various university committees and are committed to ensuring the quality of teaching. Other tasks include the organisation and support of various events, such as workshops and lectures.

All tasks are accompanied by a lot of fun, i.e. we also spend a lot of time together at barbecues and film screenings. At the moment, we are in the process of building up our student council as some committed students have finished their studies and new interested people have been recruited. It takes time to understand the structures of the university. Our student council room 4 in building 2 is open to all students of the faculty and you are all invited to join in representing our interests. Stop by, drop-in, have a coffee or tea with us and be part of the big picture. Be a part of the student self-government.

Besides the daily opening hours from 12 to 14 o’clock you can also reach us by mail (post(at)fachschaft-4.de), through the mailbox in front of our door and our Moodle course room.

See you soon… see you!
